Our Shipping Philosophy
At Tail Supply, we believe in getting you the best gear without the absurd markups of big-box retailers. To do this, we ship our specialized adventure gear directly from our centralized distribution centers. This allows us to offer premium quality at a fair price.
We know you are excited to get on the trail, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Orders over $50: ✅ FREE Express Shipping (Most popular option).

Orders under $50: Standart Shipping $7.95.
How Long Will It Take?
Delivery time is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time (1-3 Business Days):
This is the time it takes for our team to verify your order, quality check your gear, and pack it for shipment.
2. Shipping Time (6-12 Business Days):
Once your order is dispatched, this is the estimated time for delivery to your doorstep in the USA.

Please note: During high-volume seasons (Holidays) or severe weather, slight delays may occur.
Tracking Your Order
Peace of mind is part of the package.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

Note: It may take 2-4 days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system. Don't worry, your gear is on the way!
Multiple Packages
To get your gear to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship items from different warehouses. If you ordered a Backpack and a Harness, they might arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't panic if you only receive part of your order — the rest is close behind!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tail Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tail Supply will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
