📦 Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take?
We know you are eager to start your adventure! Our standard shipping time to the US is 6-15 business days.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and quality checks before your gear ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
To get your gear to you as fast as possible, we utilize multiple specialized warehouses. If you ordered a "Bundle" (e.g., a Backpack and a First Aid Kit), they might be shipped separately. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way!

Where is my tracking number?
You will receive an automated email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships (usually within 2-4 days of placing the order). If you haven't received it, please check your Spam folder.

🎒 Product & Sizing

Will my cat fit in the Expandable Backpack?
Our backpacks are designed to comfortably hold cats up to 15-17 lbs (approx. 7-8 kg).
For larger breeds (like Maine Coons) or "chonky" cats, we recommend checking the dimensions listed on the product page. The expandable tent feature provides extra room for any cat to stretch out during rest stops.

Is the backpack breathable? Will my cat get hot?
Yes, ventilation is our top priority. Our backpacks feature Air-Flow Mesh windows and multiple ventilation holes to ensure a constant cross-breeze. However, we always recommend avoiding direct sunlight on hot summer days and bringing a portable fan (available in our store) for extra cooling.

How do I choose the right size Harness?
Please measure your cat's chest girth (right behind the front legs) before ordering. Do not guess based on weight!

  • If your cat is between sizes, we recommend sizing UP and adjusting the straps.

  • Check the "Size Guide" link on the Harness product page for specific measurements.

🛡️ Safety & Security

Is the gear really "Escape-Proof"?
We design our gear with safety as the #1 feature.

  • Backpacks: Feature locking zippers and an internal safety tether to clip to your cat's harness.

  • Harnesses: Use a triple-security design (Velcro + Buckle + Double D-Rings).

  • Note: No gear is 100% magic. Always supervise your cat and ensure straps are snug (you should be able to fit 1 finger under the strap, but not 2).

My cat has never been outside. How do I start?
Start slow! "Backyard adventures" are the best way to begin. Let your cat explore the backpack or harness indoors first (use treats!). Don't rush into a 5-mile hike on day one. Patience is key.

↩️ Returns & Warranty

What is the "30-Day Adventure Guarantee"?
We stand by our gear. If you receive your item and it's damaged, or if you simply change your mind, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange.

  • Important: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free of cat hair, and in its original packaging.

Does the gear come with a warranty?
Yes. We cover any manufacturing defects (broken zippers, ripped seams upon arrival). We do not cover damage caused by your cat (chewing, scratching) or normal wear and tear.
